I've just today competed the Business Development Toolkit for Professionals that I've been working on. You can find a link to the sign-up form on this page.
The toolkit is aimed at Professionals such as Business Psychologists, HR Consultants, Health and Safety Consultants and Occupational Health Practitioners - in fact any Professional who sells services to businesses and organisations based on their area of expertise. It will also be useful for organisations such as Colleges, Universities and Local Authorities where the organisation is in a position to promote (and generate income from) its professional / 'expert' services to other organisations. As you might expect, it includes the tools I use and recommend, but it's much more than that. I also explain in some detail a business development process I've developed called MEETS. This process has events at its heart and helps Professionals build relationships with the people most interested in the topics or issues the Professional wants to market around or has expertise in. I hope you like it. Here's the link again for you.

I've just put together a page, which shows the organizations who have hosted or sponsored some of the 30-odd events we've organized over the past year. A big thank you to all of them.
We're now planning events over the next year, so please let me know if you're organization might be interested in hosting. There are 3 areas we're particularly (but not exclusively) interested in running free roadshow events around:
As ever they'll be high quality free events with an emphasis on providing free tools and resources Affinity Health at Work is a workplace wellbeing consultancy and research group led by Chartered Occupational Psychologists, Emma Donaldson-Feilder and Rachel Lewis. They have undertaken some of the most important workplace wellbeing research projects of recent years, including research into stress management competencies, employee engagement, resilience and absence management.
There's an opportunity now for organizations to join their Research Consortium for 2012/13. I've put together a document that you can download with information for prospective members. The document explains what's involved and the benefits for members. You'll also find links to all their research outputs, so worth downloading for that alone. |
