Stress Management Tools for Multiple Applications
This section of the website is packed with stress management tools you can access. I've tried where logical and sensible to link similar tools together on their own pages (from links below). The stress tools have a variety of applications including survey and risk assessment tools, evaluation tools, management competency tools and stress management checklist tools. It includes tools that I have developed and tools that have been developed as a result of publicly funded research. Where possible, I've included tools so you can download them directly.
If you're interested in background research and reports that led directly or indirectly to the development of the tools, you'll find these in the Resources section of the website.
This section of the website is currently being re-structured and updated, so my apologies if anything doesn't work. I'm working on it and it will be sorted out asap!
More tools will be included here as I find them, make them, or as they become available. As a result, this section of the website will constantly be updated. If you know of (or have) good stress tools you would like to see included on this site, I'd love to hear about them! Please contact me (Alan Bradshaw) directly by email.

- Quality of Working Life (QoWL) Tools. These survey tools and accompanying guidance and scoring keys enable the assessment and benchmarking of QoWL in organizations. There is also a version for assessing an individual's QoWL.
- Evaluation and Business Case Tools: These tools enable the evaluation and cost/benefit analysis of stress management interventions, highly useful if you need to make a business case for taking action to prevent stress or promote resilience at work.
