Stress Management Competencies Roadshow Handouts
Below you can download a copy of the two handouts: the PowerPoint presentation and the Stress Management Competency Indicator Tool. To download the files, simply click on the 'Download File' links and save them to your computer's desktop, 'My documents', or any location that makes sense for you.
We recommend you first download the PowerPoint (.ppt) presentation to your computer, then print it in 'handout' form, 3 slides to a page, so you have space to make notes on the day.
To do this, when you're in the print menu, you need to select 'handouts' (not 'slides') from the drop-down menu under 'Print what:' and '3' from the-drop down menu for 'Slides to a page:'. Please note this is a PowerPoint (1997-2003) file so if you have an earlier or later version of the program that can occasionally cause a problem. If so, don't worry, we usually have a few spare copies on the day.
