The Standards and Guidance documents below can be ordered in digital (PDF) or hard copy format.
PAS 1010:2011 Guidance on the management of psychosocial risks in the workplace
This British Standard is bang up-to-date, having been published as recently as 2011. It provides practical guidance on the management of psychosocial risks in work environments. With stress affecting the mental and physical wellbeing of more than 40 million workers, it's not surprising that this approach around managing psychosocial risks is very popular right across Europe. This BSI standard sets the benchmark for psychosocial risk assessment and management, and helps assessors to address this area of health and safety more effectively. |
(This 2011 British Standard shouldn't be confused with the Management Standards, which is UK-specific work-related stress guidance that was launched in 2004 by the UK Health & Safety Executive.)
